Digitally signing OpenOffice installer - issue 69032.

Kirill S. Palagin
Dear developers,
currently when users start Office installation on Windows they get warning
"The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this
software?".
Novice users may get scared and cancel installation. Besides, showing
publisher adds professional touch.

OTOH, many (I would say majority) applications are distributed as signed
installers. Not only big corporations sign their software, but
individual developers too (for example Total Commander).

I have filed an issue
http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=69032 for that and it
gathered 31 vots so far.

So please consider signing installer to further advance OpenOffice.org
product.

Thanks a lot for your attention.
Regards,
K. Palagin
