No unsupported platform notice in the download page if user agent is BePC or Xbox

Tae Wong
Steps to reproduce
1. Go to OpenOffice's download page
2. Set the user agent to BeOS or Haiku BePC, Xbox 360 or Xbox One

Expected result:
An unsupported platform notice should be displayed (the user agent
strings should be added to download.js)

Actual result:
No unsupported platform notice is displayed
