Question

what a user can do with OpenOffice Writer/Web? Is it able to post something
on a blog? Please include it on the StartCentre of future versions.

The HTML mode of the wordprocessing application 'Writer' is called
Writer/Web. You can reach it via menu item /File/New/HTML Document.

Someone would open the help using F1, and search for "blog"
on the Find tab.
