For reference only :)

I used:
apache-openoffice-4.1.5-r1817496-src.tar.gz

verified md5, sha256, and signature.

I built from source on Fedora 20 x86-64

Ran the smoketest macro.

Ran the BVT tests.

Opened and modified  number of previous documents.

Works as expected.

Best regards,
Carl

This time I haven't got thr time to do all things. So, as an exception
I've just downloaded, checked and installed 4.1.5 for en-US and de on
Linux 64-bit. I've created and loaded some document and haven't seen
problems.

[RESULT] Was: Re: [VOTE] Release AOO 4.1.5-RC1 as GA

Jim Jagielski
In reply to this post by Jim Jagielski
The Final Tally:

  +1 (binding):
     Jim Jagielski
     Keith N. McKenna
     Matthias Seidel
     Patricia Shanahan
     Carl Marcum
     Marcus Lange
     Roberto Galoppini

 +1 (non-binding)
    Kay Schenk
    Kazunari Hirano

So with more than the sufficient 3 +1 (binding) votes
and no vetos, I call the VOTE has PASSED.

I will inform Infra to expect the 'svn mv/cp' to
the release area.

Who wants to do the Upload to SF?

Thanks and Cheers!!

Hi Jim,

I'm willing if I'm able.

Are there instructions somewhere and are there special permissions on
the SF end?

Thanks,
Carl

Sure. The "Upload" section of
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/How+to+Cook+a+Release
has a very detailed explanation of all steps.

Your SourceForge username, please (after you've read the above and feel
confident with all steps). And then any of the administrators of our
SourceForge area (Marcus, Jim and several others, including me) can give
you permissions.

   Andrea.

I should be okay.

My SF username is the same as my Apache. - cmarcum

I'll start on the export and removal of hashes in the meantime.

Once I get the A-OK from Infra, I'll do the svn mv from dev to release.

Hi Jim,

Sorry If I jumped the gun..

I'm currently exporting from
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/openoffice/4.1.5-RC1 to prepare
for SF upload.

I can cancel it and restart it from dist/release if you need to move it now.

The final releases should be in

https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/
release/
openoffice/4.1.5
<https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/openoffice/4.1.5-RC1>
not
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/openoffice/4.1.5-RC1

and our released area is totally empty right now. :(
