nominate '115795' as stopper for OOo 3.3RC10

http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=115795

This issue describes a problem that blocks all calls to the Windows registry asking for string values via the standard OOBasic way as given in the standard OOBasic module ImportWizard.API. The code in this module  has worked correctly at least since OOo 3.0, presumably earlier. The module has set the standard for Basic code that calls the Windows registry and many extensions rely on it's proper function.

This is a regression in main Basic functionality and breaks supported API.

Hi Hans,

I'm sorry but you are a bit late. OOo 3.3.0 is released since today as
you can see here, e.g.:

http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/Open-Source-Bueropaket-OpenOffice-3-3-mit-zahlreichen-Verbesserungen-1177526.html

The good thing is that it's already fixed, so it will be solved with the
next release.

Best regards

Marcus
